FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does an insurance broker do?

A broker works for you, not for one insurance company. We compare options across several insurers, explain the differences, and help you choose and manage suitable cover.

Does using a broker cost more?

No. You pay the insurer's premium; brokers are typically compensated by the insurer. Our job is to help you get suitable cover, not to add cost.

Do you offer the cheapest price?

Often, yes. We show you the lowest premium and what it covers next to the alternatives, then you decide.

Which insurers do you work with?

We work with multiple licensed insurance companies operating in Lebanon and compare their options for you.

What do you need to give me a quote?

Usually just a few details about what you want to insure. Request a quote and we'll follow up for anything specific.

Can you help if I already have a policy?

Yes. We can review your current cover, help at renewal, and assist with claims even mid-term.

How do claims work?

Tell us what happened and we guide you through documents, submit the claim to the insurer, and follow up until it's resolved. See our Claims assistance page.
